Managing Your Pantry

Your pantry is the running list of products you have scanned or added, so you can find them again fast.

Add a product

Every product you check lands in your pantry on its own.

1. Open the scanner from the Scan button in the navigation.
2. Scan a barcode, a photo of the label, or type the ingredients in by hand. Each check is called a Scan.
3. Return to Our Pantry to find the product at the top of your list.

Chomply saves the product, its ingredients, and its Verdict (CLEARED or FLAGGED) each time.

Remove a product

• Open a product from your pantry list.
• Use its actions menu to take it off your list.

Re-checks when your Avoidances change

An Avoidance is an ingredient or allergen you have asked Chomply to watch for. When you add, edit, or delete one, Chomply re-checks every saved product against your new list.

• Newly flagged items now match an Avoidance.
• Newly cleared items no longer match.

Chomply sends you a "Your pantry was re-checked" note with a link to see exactly what changed.
