Exporting Your Products

You can download a copy of your saved products, along with the rest of your account data, as a single file.

Your export includes your pantry (the products you have scanned or added), each Scan you have run, and its Verdict (CLEARED or FLAGGED). It is a handy backup, or a way to move your records somewhere else.

Request an export

  1. Open your account settings.
  2. Find the data export section.
  3. Select Request my data export.
  4. Wait for Chomply to build the file. A large history can take a little while.

Download the file

  • Watch for the notification that tells you the export is ready.
  • Open it and save the file to your device.

The file is a zip archive. It holds your data as a structured file plus any images you have uploaded.

Your export is personal. Keep the file somewhere safe, and delete it once you no longer need it.
