Setting Up a Family Account

A family lets your whole household share one account, so a single scan checks everyone at once.

Families are part of Family Pro, the paid plan that unlocks family features. The person who creates the family is the owner. The owner handles billing and can add or remove people later.

Start your family

1. Open My Family from the navigation.
2. Select Start a family.
3. Enter a family name if you want one. It is optional.
4. Confirm to create the family. You become the owner.

Add a child profile

A child profile is a family member who does not log in. You manage it for them.

1. Open My Family and find the Children section.
2. Select Add child.
3. Enter the child's name and pick an avatar colour.
4. Save to add the profile. You can add up to four children.

Each person can have their own Avoidances: ingredients, allergens, or additives you want to watch for. A scan then checks a product against those Avoidances.

Child profiles never sign in. Either parent can manage them for the whole family.
