Inviting Another Parent

Your family can hold two adults. The owner (the person who created it) can invite one more parent by email.

Send an invitation

1. Open My Family from the navigation.
2. Select Invite someone.
3. Enter the other adult's email address.
4. Send the invitation. They get an email with a link to join.

The invitation expires after a while. You can resend or revoke it from the My Family page at any time.

What the invited parent can do

Once they accept, the second parent joins as a parent with full member access. They can:

• Manage every family member's Avoidances (an ingredient, allergen, or additive to watch for).
• Scan products (check them against your Avoidances) and view the whole family's scan history.
• Add or edit child profiles.

What stays with the owner

Some controls belong to the owner alone:

• Billing for Family Pro, the paid plan that unlocks family features.
• Removing the other parent from the family.
• Deleting the family itself.

Only the owner can remove someone or disband the family. Everything else, you share.
