Managing Notifications

Choose which updates Chomply sends you, and where they show up.

Chomply can reach you two ways: by email, and in app (a note inside the app, shown under the bell icon). You decide which updates use which.

Change your notifications

1. Open Settings from your account menu.
2. Find the Notifications section, marked with a bell.
3. Toggle Email or In app on or off for each type of update.
4. Select Save preferences to keep your changes.

Updates are grouped so they are easy to read through, such as safety alerts, getting-started tips, and account notices.

Good to know

• Safety alerts, like a flagged scan in your family, are on by default so you do not miss them.
• Tips for new users can be switched off once you feel at home.
• A few account messages cannot be turned off, such as when your data export is ready or your account is set for deletion. These matter too much to hide.

Open the bell icon any time to see your in-app notifications in one place.

Turning off every channel for an update means Chomply stays quiet about it. Leave safety alerts on if you are unsure.
