Pinpoint: Tracking Reactions
Published 19 July 2026 · 6 views
Pinpoint helps you spot which ingredient may be behind a reaction by tracking what you eat and how you feel over time.
Pinpoint is a tool that looks for patterns in your logs. The more you give it, the more it has to work with.
How it works
You feed Pinpoint three things:
- Reactions: log what happened and when, so Pinpoint knows the moments to study.
- Meals and products: the foods around each reaction become the pool of possible suspects.
- Check-ins: a quick daily note on how you feel fills in the wider picture.
Over time, Pinpoint highlights the ingredients that keep showing up before a reaction.
Log a reaction
- Open Pinpoint from the navigation.
- Select Log a reaction.
- Describe what happened, then save it.
Build the picture
- Select Start a journey to group related reactions together.
- Log reactions as they happen.
- Check in each day to add context.
Pinpoint spots patterns, it does not diagnose. It cannot tell you what is safe, and it does not give medical advice. Use what you learn as a starting point for a chat with your doctor or dietitian.
