Pinpoint Check-Ins, Patterns and Reports

Published 19 July 2026 · 7 views

Regular check-ins build a picture of your patterns over time, and you can export a report to share with a dietitian or doctor.

A daily check-in is a quick note on how you feel. In Pinpoint (the tool that tracks what you eat and how you feel to help spot a likely trigger), these small notes add up.

Check in each day

  1. Open Pinpoint from the navigation.
  2. Log your daily check-in with how you are feeling.
  3. Keep the streak going. A steady habit makes the patterns clearer.

Read your patterns

Pinpoint turns your logs into a simple view:

  • Reactions per week, so you can see whether things are settling.
  • Reaction-free and check-in streaks.
  • When reactions happen, such as the part of day they hit most.
  • Severity this month, mapped out day by day.

Share a report

  1. Open the weekly summary for a quick rundown.
  2. Select the Dietitian report.
  3. Download it as a PDF or a CSV.
  4. Bring it to your next appointment.

The report gathers your reactions, check-ins, and progress in one place.

Pinpoint helps you notice patterns, it does not diagnose. A professional is the one who reads the report and decides what it means.
