Resetting a Forgotten Password

Locked out? You can reset a forgotten password from the sign-in screen using your email. There is no need to contact support.

Reset your password

1. Open the sign-in screen and select the Forgot password link.
2. Enter the email address on your account.
3. Send the request with the Email reset link button.
4. Open the reset email and click its link.
5. Set a new password, confirm it, then use the Reset password button.

Once it saves, sign in with your new password right away.

If the reset email does not arrive

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Confirm you used the same email you signed up with.
• Try again after a minute, then request a fresh link.

For your safety, a reset link works only once and expires after a short time. If yours has lapsed, just request another from the same screen.

Signed up with Google? You may not have a password at all. In that case, use the Continue with Google button on the sign-in screen instead.
