Managing Your Profile

Your profile holds your name, email, and a few personal basics. You can update them any time from Settings.

Update your profile

1. Open Settings from the navigation.
2. Find the Profile information card at the top.
3. Edit your name, email, timezone, or avatar colour.
4. Save your changes with the Save changes button.

Your timezone helps Chomply show dates and reminders at the right local time. Your avatar colour is the background of the circle that shows your initials across the app.

Changing your email

Your email is how you sign in and how we reach you. If you change it, Chomply sends a new verification link to the new address. Click that link to confirm the change and keep full access.

A note on your data

The rest of your account, like your Avoidances (the ingredients you ask Chomply to watch for), lives in its own section. Each family member keeps a separate profile, so one household can hold several people.

Keep your email current. Password resets, verification links, and important account notices all go there.
