Chomply verifies your email before giving you full access. This proves the address is really yours.

Why we verify

Your email is your sign-in name and the place we send password resets and account notices. Confirming it keeps your account secure and makes sure those messages reach you.

Verify your email

  1. Open your inbox after you sign up.
  2. Find the message from Chomply with your verification link.
  3. Click the link to activate your account.

Once verified, you land straight in the app with everything unlocked.

If the email did not arrive

  • Check your spam or junk folder first.
  • Wait a minute, as delivery can lag a little.
  • Resend it: on the verify screen, use the Resend verification email button, and a fresh link is on its way.

Signed up with the wrong address? Use the Log out and start over link on the verify screen, then register again with the correct email.

Verification links expire after a while for safety. If yours has lapsed, just resend to get a new one.
